For purchase restoration, installation, or gameplay support, email sulemanzia@gmail.com. Include your device model, operating-system version, and a short description of what happened. Do not send passwords or payment-card information.
Purchases
Case File 1 is free. The Full Collection Unlock is a single permanent purchase that opens Case Files 2–4. It is not a subscription. Purchases and refunds are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Use RESTORE PURCHASES inside the Case Library after reinstalling or changing devices.
Saved progress
Investigation progress is stored locally on the device. Deleting the app may remove local progress. Restoring a store purchase restores the entitlement, not necessarily deleted investigation progress.
