Data processed by the game

Investigation progress, settings, and a record that a store purchase was validated are stored locally on your device. This local data is used only to run the game, resume investigations, remember settings, and keep legitimately purchased cases available.

App-store services

Apple App Store or Google Play processes purchases, restores, refunds, licensing, and delivery of downloadable case content. Those platform providers may process purchase and device information under their own privacy policies. KHANOVA GROUP, LLC does not receive payment-card details.

Analytics, advertising, and tracking

The game contains no advertising and does not initialize analytics, advertising, cloud-diagnostics, performance-reporting, or tracking services. It does not use data for cross-app or cross-site tracking.

Children

The game is a murder-mystery anthology intended for teen and adult audiences. It is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Retention and deletion

Because game progress and settings are stored locally, they remain until the app or its local data is deleted by the user or the operating system. Store purchase records are managed by Apple or Google. You can remove the game's local data by deleting the app.

Changes

If the game's data practices change, this policy and the app-store disclosures will be updated before the change is released.
